An exciting project now progressing to its next chapter. ✨

Following the client’s collaboration with a previous Architect and conceptual designer, we have just been appointed to prepare and submit a Section 73 (Minor Material Amendment) planning application to progress this exciting residential project.

The proposals build upon the existing approved scheme, introducing a number of carefully considered design refinements that further enhance the sense of arrival, the property’s character, appearance and functionality.

These conceptual visuals provide a fantastic insight into the proposals, helping to communicate the design intent before work begins on site.

We’re looking forward to guiding the project through the planning process and, subject to approval, developing the technical design package as the project moves towards construction.

Not every garage is just for parking 🚗✨

Our latest project was all about creating a new detached garage that looked like it had been part of the original house from day one, designed to compliment the existing home, the new space now provides the perfect setting for a beautifully restored 1972 TVR Vixen S4 🚗
