Every successful project starts long before construction begins.

After months of discussions, planning, design development and structural engineering, we’re delighted to have secured another exciting home transformation starting this September.

Although the finished result will appear clean and effortless, achieving it requires extensive planning behind the scenes.

This project includes:

• Significant structural alterations

• New steel frame installation

• Pad foundations and structural columns

• Complete kitchen reconfiguration

• Opening the rear of the property to create a bright, open-plan family space

Our role is to coordinate every stage so our clients can enjoy the process with confidence, knowing every detail has been considered before work begins.

We’re looking forward to sharing the progress over the coming months.

Not with exact figures (because every project differs), but illustrative ranges such as:

The cheapest quote often becomes the most expensive.

Not because the builder is trying to mislead you…

But because many quotations are prepared from incomplete information.

When architectural drawings don’t fully define every aspect of the project, each builder has to make assumptions.

Some assumptions reduce the quoted price.

Others make sure the project can actually be delivered.

Before we price a project, we’re looking far beyond what’s drawn on the plans.

We’re considering things like:

✔️ Structural steelwork and temporary works
✔️ Foundation and drainage requirements
✔️ Insulation and Building Regulations compliance
✔️ Access and lifting requirements
✔️ Realistic allowances for kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decorating
✔️ The countless details that often aren’t shown on the drawings

These aren’t “extras.”

They’re simply the reality of building a home properly.

That’s why our quotation isn’t always the cheapest on day one.

But our aim has never been to win work by being the lowest price.

Our aim is to give our clients the most accurate picture of what their project is likely to cost before work begins, reducing unexpected variations and difficult conversations later.

When comparing quotations, don’t just ask:

“Which one is cheapest?”

Ask:

“Which one is most complete?”

Because the cheapest quote today can easily become the most expensive project tomorrow.

I started Infinity because I wanted to build more than just homes.

I wanted to build a company that people could genuinely trust.

Growing up around construction, I saw the difference a good builder can make to a family home and unfortunately, I also saw the stress that comes when projects aren’t managed properly.

When I started Infinity, I promised myself we’d do things differently.

That means turning up when we say we will.
Communicating clearly.
Keeping our sites clean and organised.
Taking pride in every detail.
And treating every client’s home with the same respect we’d expect for our own.

Today, that vision means even more to me.

Every project we complete isn’t just about creating beautiful spaces, it’s about building a business that my family can be proud of and one that our clients feel confident recommending to their own family and friends.

To everyone who’s trusted us with their home over the years, thank you. Your support has allowed us to keep doing what we love every single day.
