Our new build house in south Leeds is making great progress on site.

The 1st fix M&E installation is almost completed and plastering is underway.

Looking forward to seeing it completed around the end of the year.

We have received planning approval for a contemporary bandstand.

The unique design is not like a "traditional" bandstand. It is a sunken cube with glazed textured black bricks.

The design won a competition and we are delighted to be working with the client moving forward with this unique project.

One of our bespoke new build houses is making good progress on site.

The shell is completed and work is ongoing with the internals.

A quick walk through a barn conversion we have recently completed.

The property, near Wakefield in Yorkshire, is a 3 bed annex to a listed farm house.

It is available as a holiday let if you want to stay there.

We have recently completed a barn conversion near Wakefield.

Set in a lovely rural location, the barn has been converted into an annex to the main farm house.

It has; 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen-diner and living room.

September at Studio J Architects:

After the long hot summer we have had a busy start to Autumn.

Here’s a snapshot of what we have been working on during September.

Our project in north Leeds is nearing completion.

The house is unrecognisable from what it looked like before we started.

There is just a few weeks left before the project will be fully completed.

To accommodate their large family the house was extended to the front & rear. The roof was also raised to create more floor area.

After it was completed the house had 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen-dining-living room, separate living room, playroom & snug.

Now some of the children have moved out they have sold the house to move to a smaller property.

We are working with them again on the new property to tailor it to their new needs.
