Started the month off with a an EPDM double garage.
Roof was rotten at the front corner so we cut back the original deck to expose beams and wall plate, replaced any needed with new treated timber. Decked over the original pitch pine boards with 18mm interlocking OSB 3 to give a clean smooth surface for the rubber. New timber and pvc fascias right around and guttering on both sides.
