🏡 LAND & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES🏡

We’re currently looking to purchase land and potential development opportunities locally.

If you own a piece of land that you’ve been thinking about selling, whether it’s a potential building plot, a small parcel of land, an old barn or building, a property requiring redevelopment, or something a little different, we’d be interested in hearing from you.

It doesn’t need to already have planning permission, and it doesn’t need to be a large site. We’re happy to look at opportunities at an early stage and consider land where the potential hasn’t yet been explored.

Perhaps you’ve thought about selling or developing a piece of land but haven’t taken it any further — feel free to get in touch.

We’re looking to buy directly, so if you have anything you think may be suitable, send us a private message for an informal and confidential chat.

Thanks 😊

Another kitchen transformation completed. 👌

Started by over boarding and skimming the existing ceiling to give the room a fresh, smooth finish ready for the customer to decorate, before fitting the customer's new Howdens kitchen, worktops and splashbacks.

A massive difference from where it started, and we're really pleased with the finished result. It's now ready for the electrician and plumber to complete the final connections.

Thanks to the customer for choosing us.

The alarm clock hurts a little less when you've got weather like this. 🌅☀️

Early starts are the only way in this heat. Another cracking day ahead making progress on the rag slate roof in Cornwall.

Normally we only post about building work, but this message is too important not to share.

Please take two minutes to watch it. And if it makes you think of someone, send them a message. It could mean more than you'll ever know. ❤️

Proof that even builders need charging in direct sunlight now and then. 🔋☀️🤣

A good couple of weeks' progress on this barn conversion and extension in Shebbear. 💪🏗️

Despite some proper mixed weather, the team have made great progress. From the groundworks and slab through to the blockwork and lintels, it's all coming together nicely.
Next stage – the roof. Looking forward to getting it on and seeing the project really take shape.
A great effort from everyone involved. 👏
