BUNGALOW TRANSFORMATION | LET’S TALK DESIGN & LAYOUT 🏡
There’s so much more to a successful renovation than simply adding extra space.
This project involved completely rethinking the layout of a traditional bungalow to create a spacious, modern family home.
On the ground floor, the original layout was completely reconfigured to introduce a beautiful kitchen and dining space, separate snug, dedicated home office, utility room, additional storage and a new entrance hall with staircase.
A new downstairs shower room with toilet was also introduced, adding further convenience and practicality for everyday family living.
On the newly created first floor, the loft conversion provided three spacious bedrooms, one with its own en-suite, along with a separate family bathroom.
Careful consideration was given by SL Architectural Ltd to how the rooms would connect, how natural light could be introduced and, most importantly, how the home would work for the family living there.
