We've recently started work on this building, helping our client navigate the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) application process for works to a Higher-Risk Building.

What's particularly interesting is that if a roof extension hadn't been added more than 10 years ago, this project wouldn't require a BSR application at all. It's a great example of how previous alterations can have a lasting impact on current building regulations.

Good planning, coordinated drawings, a clear Golden Thread of information, and robust documentation are all essential ingredients for a successful BSR application.

It’s been a while since we last posted about this development, but with the foundations now being poured, we thought it was the perfect opportunity to share some updated visuals.

Thanks to the latest improvements in our CGI software, we’ve refreshed the images to reflect the project as it moves from concept to reality.

It’s amazing to see how much technology has advanced since we first produced these images. What’s even better is that the design still feels fresh, modern and timeless.

The development will deliver four spacious contemporary homes in Cheltenham, set within a carefully landscaped site.

We can’t wait to share more updates as the build progresses!

This project has been a long time in the making!

After navigating planning applications, legal agreements, and Section 106 requirements, we're almost at the finish line with this contemporary countryside home located close to the Green Belt.

The design focuses on modern living, sustainability, biodiversity enhancements, and creating a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. It's been a challenging process, but seeing the project so close to gaining planning permission makes all the effort worthwhile.

Fingers crossed for a positive outcome soon, and we're excited to move forward to the next stage of bringing this fantastic home to life.

Planning application submitted following previous approval for the conversion of this office building — now proposing additional floors to create three new apartments

Our updated design looks to modernise the extension while carefully enhancing and balancing the building’s existing character. The aim is to create high-quality new homes that sit comfortably within the established form.

Excited to move this one forward and see it progress to the next stage!

Planning application submitted in Cirencester to remodel the front gable, adjust the roof, new porch and introduce new dormers to the front and rear of this property 🏡

While modest in scale compared to some larger schemes, these carefully considered changes will make a significant difference to the internal layout — creating more usable space while retaining the character of the home.

We’re looking forward to moving into the next stages and guiding our clients through detailed design, construction, and handover.
