🚨8 zones working. We left with 21. 👀

A very interesting intruder alarm takeover recently completed for Afford Engineering.

When we arrived, the existing ADT Galaxy system only had 8 zones operating.

Once we opened the panel and started investigating, we found a very different story. Numerous cables and devices had effectively been left unused, with an existing expander not being utilised properly.

Rather than simply swapping the panel and walking away, we worked through the existing installation to see exactly what protection was available and what could be brought back into service.

🔴 Old ADT Galaxy equipment removed
🔴 Existing wiring and devices traced & tested
🔴 Previously unused protection brought back online
🔴 Existing expander correctly utilised
🔴 Additional expander installed
🔴 System increased from 8 working zones to 21
🔴 New RISCO intruder alarm installed
🔴 Fully programmed, tested & commissioned

That’s what an Arena Security takeover is about.
We don’t just replace the box on the wall.

We investigate what’s actually there and make sure the customer is getting the protection they’re paying for.

A massive improvement for Accord Engineering and another commercial premises now protected by Arena Security Ltd. 🛡️🔐

Massive thanks to .global for the continued support 👏

🍫 Security Never Tasted So Good! 🔐

Another Ajax intruder alarm installation completed by the Arena Security team, this time at The Chocolatier. 🍫

We installed a new Ajax wireless intruder alarm system, giving the premises modern, reliable protection with full control and notifications straight from the Ajax app.

It’s always great working with local businesses — although this one definitely came with an added bonus... we even got to sample plenty of the chocolate treats while we were there! 😂🍫 Safe to say, there were no complaints from the engineers on this job!
A huge thank you to the team at The Chocolatier for choosing Arena Security to protect their business.

Last-minute call, but that’s where we thrive 💪

We were asked just days before opening to jump in and support our good friends at Creating Futures Together, helping get their new unit fully operational and protected ahead of launch.

With all equipment already on-site, our team stepped in to provide the expertise and hands-on support needed to get everything installed, configured, and running smoothly in time for opening day.
✅ 8 CCTV cameras installed
✅ Internal & external coverage
✅ Full system setup and optimisation
✅ Complete control handed over to the team

Now the facility is fully secured and ready to do what matters most — supporting young people and helping them excel in their future development 🙌
We’re proud to have played a small part in such an important community project.

🔐 Two Large Ajax Security Installs Completed

Arena Security has just completed two large installations using Ajax Systems, delivering powerful, smart protection for both properties.

Each house was equipped with:
📹 9 HD black CCTV cameras around the property
📹 1 dome camera covering the garages
📹 Ajax smart doorbell
📹 8-channel NVR for recording
🚨 Ajax Intruder Alarm System

Ajax is one of the most advanced wireless security systems available, offering instant alerts, encrypted communication, and full control through the Ajax mobile app.

Each property now includes:
• Multiple PIR motion sensors around the home
• Shock & contact sensors on doors and windows
• Multiple keypads on each floor for easy control
🖥 Network Infrastructure

We also installed a data cabinet with network switch and PDU, plus PoE switches in the downstairs comms room linking garage cabling and the Ajax Hub back to the main top-floor comms room.

💧 Next Phase
We’ll be returning in a few weeks to finish commissioning once the network connection is live and install Ajax leak detection devices, helping protect the property from water damage.

A big thank you to for the continued support in providing our branded Ajax keypad covers and outdoor siren cover plate stickers 👏

The attention to detail and quality finish really help us maintain a sleek, professional look across all of our installations.

The branded keypad covers in particular add that extra level of detail that sets our systems apart and reinforces our identity on every site we protect.

It’s always important to us that our installations don’t just perform to the highest standard — but look the part too. Professional finish. Professional service.
Every time.
