Damp repair in living area.

Back wall and outside wall , had an issue. The neighbouring wall had two slow leaks previously which had gone on for some time the issue has since been fixed and we were good to go.
Walls where sanded back and skirting taken off.
A heater and dehumidifier was used during the time.
I used two different types of damp treatments with 4 coats on it total, filling was done for the worst areas.
The wall had a basecoat of white and side wall had two top coats of white.
The colour was changed on the back to Farrow and Ball 310 Beverly which I think was a fantastic choice of colour.
Skirting in the area was sanded and painted in johnstones Aquaguard.

Kitchen fitted.

Old kitchen was taken out, and new one was installed.
New metro tiles with a grey grout
The beam in the room was cladded with oak veneer and stained in a ronseal medium oak.
Flooring is wickes Harlington herringbone medium oak.
New bullnose skirting, finished in an aquaguard brilliant white satinwood.
Ceiling was scraped and skimmed over the artex.
Ceilings and walls where painted in a wickes kitchen paint brilliant white.
Kitchen door will be changed at a later date.
This project has been a challenge with the walls and the flooring all being out before starting !!!

Hall,landing and stairs decorated along with some new laminate flooring installed.

Ceiling,walls and woodwork prepped.
Cracks raked out and two different fillers used.
Where there was a previous leak damp seal solution was used.

Ceilings was painted in Dulux brilliant white matt washable.

Walls was painted in Dulux just walnut washable matt.

Wood work was Johnstone brilliant white aqua guard.

Laminate flooring was wickes Clovelly light oak.

Bringing a dorma window back to life window did not work and was hanging off,timber was stripped back, there was severe rot, timber splice and resin work was carried out.

The ceiling was boarded and then skimmed on the hotest day of the year !!.

The walls was raked out of any cracks and spot filling, two types of filler was used.

Ceilings and walls had a mist coat, then top coats went on.

Ceiling was in Dulux brilliant white washable matt.
Feature wall was in Dulux summer sage washable matt.
Other walls was paint in Dulux delicate seashell washable.
Doors, architraves, skirting and beam was sanded,wiped down and ronseal walnut varnish applied two coats of.
Windows filled and sanded, then numerous coats of Dulux brilliant white satinwood.

Saturday work.
A repair job
There was a leak previously, patches have had a damp seal on, cracks raked out on wall and ceiling.
Coving and ceiling gas had two coats of dulux washable brilliant white.

Ceiling and walls were painted in Dulux brilliant white washable, with the blue walls taking 5- 6 coats 😅😅

Ceiling was painted in a bathroom brilliant white.
Walls were painted in coral charm Dulux easycare.
Woodwork was painted in Dulux eggshell

Casement windows refurbishment to this beautiful 14th century property
These windows had a lot of issues, including severe rot, the putty was blown, window not being able to open as it was painted shut and window panes cracked. So each window was stripped back along with the frames to bring these windows back to life, timber work along with two new timber sils and timber splice,putty replacement, new glass panes where cracked ones were, draught excluders and new iron mongery
Windows were painted in Bedec satin white.

This has been a great job and a great customer !!
