Wren kitchen and utility room installation that we carried on for a customer in Godalming.
Initially, we had to remove the old kitchen and a block wall that divided the old kitchen and dining room, making it an open space. Preparation work for electrics and plumbing first fix and second fix was carried on to accommodate the new furniture and relocation of new appliances, gas and electric. The doors, skirting board and architrave have also been replaced at the request of our customer. Plastering and a white wash were also included, leaving the customer to finish the decorating after another team arrives to finish the flooring, most probably an LVT flooring herringbone oak.

A recent 🏘 roofing job that involved a lot of scraping ✅️cleaning the moss away, and soft washing with biocide. In this process also replaced the damaged tiles while cleaning the roof. The job was not easy, and the access was terrible, but with the help of the scaffold tower and long ladders, I managed to get everywhere. Also replacing all the guttering and downpipes with half-round deep flow guttering, as previously installed, a much smaller guttering was continuously overflowing and getting blocked with leaves from the trees around the property.
The customer is very happy with the outcome, and I will be going back at some point to soft wash some of the brickwork with biocide and the hanging tiles at the front of the property.

Previously had a plastic roofing sheet that brake and was very loud every time was raining.
Client was looking for something custom made to the previous measurements.
This is a 10mm laminated, toughened glass with 6 fixing points to the timber subframe.
Not only that it will be very easy to clean but it also have better accoustic insulation.

Ideal for awning canopies, glass balustrades, lean to roofing, skylight.
