We’re hiring: Engineer’s Mate

Due to the progression of one of our current Engineer’s Mates, we now have an exciting opportunity for someone new to join the Premier Mobility team.

This role would be ideal for a recent school or college leaver who is interested in developing a career as a Service and Installation Engineer, working with stairlifts, through-floor lifts and ceiling track hoists.

No previous experience or formal training is required, as full support and guidance will be provided. We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable and punctual
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Practical and hands-on
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Interested in building a long-term career in a skilled trade

This is a great opportunity to learn from an experienced team, gain practical skills and progress within a well-established mobility company.

As an Efficiency East Midlands supplier, we are proud to support a procurement approach that reinvests funding into local communities through the EEM Community Donation Scheme.

During 2025-26, our contracts with EEM members resulted in £6,524 being allocated to the pot. Donations are awarded to EEM members based on their use of EEM procurement solutions, helping fund projects within their communities.
