Open vented Heating system never been touched in its life, house is 25 years old with a new boiler,
We only went to change 2x radiators and the system quality was shocking!

Tar and chocolate like water blocked radiator paperwork,

We have installed x800 cleaner prior to arrival to allow the chemicals to work

Cleaned out the header tank in the loft

Dropped all the water out of the system

Attached the through flush machine on and one by one agitated each radiator until water has come clean,

8 dirty filters later it’s madness

The customers will definitely feel the benefit in the winter with this!

Lovley bathroom recently completed,

Full rip out and back to brick on this one
Floor was built up by like 40/50mm which was a nightmare to get back up,
We levelled the floor off with 18mm ply board ready for the tiler to put ditra matting down
Bathroom reboarded and plastered by Lee Gallagher
Electric underfloor heating installed
Tiling by nj tiling
Bathroom supplied by

New 1700x800 shower
New bar mixer shower
New vanity units
New radiator
Massive wet room screen which was a nightmare

End result looks amazing and the customer is over the moon,

Combi convert,

Old heat only boiler removed
Cylinder cupboard used as the new boiler housing
Pipework altered to suite new boiler
Primary flow was blocked solid
New Worcester 4000 in
Hive installed
Magnetic filter
Scale reducer
Shock arrestor
Flush points installed on the boiler and flushed
Old flue hole bricked up
Registered for 10 years for piece of mind, just in time for winter

First Combi convert of the month, another one next week
Old baxi solo out
Cylinder removed
Pipework altered
Couldn’t remove the cold feed in airing cupboard due to feeding the electric showers
Old square flue bricked up with matching bricks
New hot and colds to connect onto the utility room
Scale reducer
Shock arrestor
Magnetic filter
Comfort rf2 stat
New 22mm gas main with minimum fittings for flow rate
Condense out in 42mm and lagged through the wall
System flushed
2x new brushed brass radiators fitted customer supplied
2x new electric showers fitted which the customer supplied

10 years parts and labour guarantee on the boiler for peace of mind

Customer wanted a walk in shower,
However being a solid concrete slab underneath with underfloor heating and the d2 discharge from the heat pump all terminating into the drain it was pretty much impossible, plastic push fit pipe kept due to being temp rated for the discharge

Bath out
New 1700x800 shower tray in
Base built
Up cycled the old bath panel to match around the shower base,
2x New shower screens and finished up with grey silicone
