Major gas leak picked up on this standard service this morning, threw a right spanner in the works for today,

Rather than just capping off at the meter we spent hours tracking pipework untill we found the culprit,
Kitchen cupboards removed gas leak found repaired and tested
Then cracked on with the boiler service, this is why it’s so important to get your boiler and gas appliances checked, this must have been leaking for a fair amount of time

Boiler relocation completed over a couple of days,

Had so much fun trying to find the hot pipe and flow and returns for the primary heating we decided to spend 3/4 of a day dismantling the customers kitchen
So decided to first fix the new boiler location

Reattend and fitted new boiler,
Picked up poor servicing and needed some tlc upon recommission but the customer is over the moon,

New filter
Vertical flue
Scale reducer and shock arrestor
Hive relocated to down by the boiler

Frees up the space for the customer to get the bathroom they want,

The job wasn’t with out hiccups but we got it sorted
