A great milestone reached on this single-storey extension, taking the project from foundations through to DPC.

🔹 Over-site reduced and prepared
🔹 Brickwork constructed up to DPC level
🔹 Sub-base installed and compacted
🔹 Structural concrete slab installed

The groundwork and substructure are now complete, and we’re ready to move on to the next phase — building up the extension in brickwork. 🧱

Another extension project underway in Leicester Forest East. 🚧

A great start to the project with the initial groundwork now complete:

✅ Site preparation & clearance
✅ New foundations excavated
✅ Concrete foundations poured
