Work is well underway over at RUSH 2The DEN!

Working closely with the team at RUSH 2The DEN, we designed a first-floor extension to provide much needed additional space, including new storage areas and flexible function rooms to support the centre's growing range of activities.

It's always rewarding to see our designs take shape, and we look forward to seeing the completed works making a positive difference for the centre and its community in the coming months.

Our Main Hall at RUSH 2The DEN is officially a construction zone right now. So, for your own safety, please don't pop into the building!

Those front doors are actually just propped open to give our awesome Larkin Homes Ltd Team some fresh air while they work their magic.

An interesting article in the Nene Valley News featuring one of our projects completed at the end of last year!

Glamis Hall approached us for internal alterations, including:

🔷 Reconfigured toilet layout
🔷 Additional storage rooms
🔷 Updated suspended ceiling, lighting & heating systems
🔷 New community space
🔷 Plus various other quality of life changes

As part of our proposal, we created internal 3D renders for our clients to visualise and get a feel for the space, allowing them to play around with various colours and styles before progressing to build stage!

We are glad that the space is finally open and can be used for communities in and around Wellingborough!

We're delighted to see this bespoke new-build home in North Northamptonshire now complete! 🏡✨

Designed to make the most of its countryside setting, this contemporary home combines clean architectural lines with practical family living, creating a property that's both striking and functional.

New replacement dwelling in East Cambridgeshire! 🏚➡🏠

The original property on the site was a modest bungalow that our client had been living in for many years before deciding that the site no longer provided the space or functionality that they required.

Working closely with our client, we designed a dwelling that drew inspiration from the larger neighbouring properties, ensuring that it sat comfortably within the established streetscape, while introducing its own distinctive character.

Construction is well underway on site at Rushden & Higham Rugby Club! 🏃🏉

The aim of this project was to provide the club with more social space in the main function room, along with an improved viewing deck looking out over the pitch 🏟

As you can see, the main body of the extension is almost complete, with the new openings ready to be fitted and the viewing area also taking shape 👷

We are excited to see the finished product and hope the extension gives the players & others using the space the extra room that they need!

Residential Development in Silverstone! 🏠🏠

This project was a small development of two identical six-bedroom houses near the centre of Silverstone.

Features include:

✏ Double garage with studio space above
✏ Open plan kitchen/dining
✏ Large bay window
✏ Private driveway
✏ Corner window design

On a more technical note, the site presented some interesting challenges. Due to the number of trees in the area & the poor soil conditions, careful consideration was needed regarding the foundation details. Pile foundations were chosen as the most suitable option due to their ability to pe*****te deep into the soil 📐

🚽 Higham Ferrers Public Toilets are now open! 🚻

Some of you may have noticed that the public toilets have had a bit of a facelift! 🌟

Working closely with Higham Ferrers Town Council, we helped transform the facilities with:

✅ A new central entrance
✅ Internal layout modifications for improved accessibility and usability
✅ Fresh new cladding installed on all sides
✅ A cleaner, more modern appearance for the town centre

It’s great to be part of projects that help improve local community spaces and create a better experience for everyone using them👏

There are still a few finishing touches to complete, but the official opening will be taking place very soon! 🎉

The shell of one of our new build sites in Northampton is almost complete! 🏠

Despite looking like a pair of semi-detached houses, the site is actually a single dwelling! This was an intentional design choice for planning purposes so that the property would fit nicely within the existing street scene, which is often a requirement for new builds in areas such as this! 📑✏️

After a few design iterations, the planners were happy with the design, allowing us to proceed to the working drawing stage, and is now taking shape on site!
