We’ve just finished this reroof on this property after rain water had been coming into one of the bedrooms.

Scroll to see the whole process from start to finish, but in summary, when we removed the old slates, the felt under was damaged with holes in, meaning the roof wasn’t water tight.

We have removed the old slates, felt and lats, and replaced with brand new, finished off with some brand new tiles giving a lovely fresh new look!

This was a recent job where the customer had water coming in, on inspection, whilst a full reroof would have been preferred, we completed a partial reroof on the section that was the main issue, resolving the leak for the customer!

It was a pleasure to be asked to work on this house at the weekend for my sister and brother in law.

After they’ve built a porch at the front, we’ve started works on setting the roof out, fittingthe valley and putting the lead in ready for the tiles to go on this weekend!
