⚠️ Cowboy work caught early — flashing failure!

They didn’t grind the wall out at all — just slapped the flashing onto the surface and called it a job. That’s not going to keep water out! 🚫

✅ Our fix:

• Ground out the wall properly so the flashing sits in right

• Secured it correctly

• Repointed the verge neat & solid
