Exterior job completed on this property.
Pressure washed, treated with Sandtex fungicidal wash, scraped back and stabilised before any coating went on.

Two coats of Sandtex High Cover Smooth in white, with repairs carried out after coating once I could see exactly what needed doing. Finished the plinth areas in Sandtex Microseal Bitter Chocolate.

Few awkward elevations and access points on this one, but it’s come up well. Looking forward to getting onto the next property next door over the coming weeks.

Back with a repeat customer to refresh the living room / kitchen space.

They chose to stick with the same colour again, which was a great decision — Crown Paints Smoked Glass mixed in Clean Extreme. A durable, scrubbable finish that’s ideal for this kind of busy living space and works really well with the natural light in the room.

Woodwork was prepared and primed using Zinsser B-I-N, then finished in Fastflow quick-dry satin for a smooth, durable finish throughout.

Also carried out repairs to some decent-sized cracks in both the walls and ceilings, making sure everything was properly filled, stabilised and blended in before the final coat of paint.

Right… I promise this is the last time I’m posting this house 😅 I know you’ve seen it enough now.

But honestly, over the last couple of weeks I’ve been really lucky to get the opportunity to work on a property like this, and with the weather we’ve had, it’s all come together nicely.

To be fair, the job was made a lot easier by how well the place has been looked after — it was only painted a couple of years ago, so this was more of a refresh than a full overhaul. No major repairs, just a good clean-up and bringing it back to life.

Really enjoyed this one from start to finish — always good to step back at the end and see it looking fresh again.

On to the next one 👊

First exterior of the year done ✔️

I know you’ve seen a lot of this one, but I’ve been proper happy with how it’s come out so couldn’t help sharing it. Cracking house and it’s come up lovely… and don’t worry, there’ll be a reel of it as well 😅

Main walls finished in Emperor Exterior Masonry Paint, with the porch done in an anthracite grey silicone render system — sets it off nicely 👌

For those who asked, Enperor exterior masonry paint! Great paint for long lasting finishes. Comes with a lifetime guarantee from the manufacturer which is amazing. Would highly recommend if you want the job doing properly and only doing once.
