Office Space Upgrade 🤩

We have recently completed a full rewire of this office space along with kitchenette and toilet for a local construction company to give them a more professional and comfortable space. This consisted of:

⚡️Continuous LED tape with its recessed profile enhances the finish of the office along with black accessories throughout.

⚡️Floor sockets installed under each desk to minimise trailing cables👌

⚡️A MAElec custom black consumer unit thrown in to suit the rest of the office 😉

This is what can happen if you’re unlucky enough to have a surge from a lightning strike! ⚡️

This is the unfortunate aftermath for one of our customers that was unlucky enough to have a lightning strike surge back into their property through an electric fence following the storm yesterday!

Circa 200kA came flowing through the unfortunate socket outlet and obliterated all in its path! A true reminder of how dangerous electricity can be! Luckily everyone was okay, but I think we’ll be sorting this mess out pretty sharpish and ensuring everything is in full working order.

MyEnergi Libbi battery installed for a customer utilising the Octopus agile tariff to lower their energy bills! 🔋

5kW inverter combined with 15kWh of battery storage means the home can run from the battery throughout the day when energy costs are high. 🌳

Linking this with octopus tariff means the battery schedules charges automatically when the rates are low. ✅

Having a battery installed at your property is a great way to cut energy costs, especially is solar panels isn’t an option for you!👌
