We are the largest supplier of natural building stone and walking stone from the UK and Ireland. We have also invested into UK natural stone cladding! We also own De Lank quarry in Cornwall that produces granite. UK natural stone is our passion and we are continuously growing and trying to keep the UK market alive.

1️⃣How thick are our stone slips

Our stone slips are cut to 15-30mm thickness. This keeps the look of full depth walling stone whilst reducing the weight, making them far more practical and convenient for certain jobs.

2️⃣How much adhesive do I need?

Adhesive coverage depends on the mortar bed and trowel size. But as a general guide, one of our 20kg bags covers 6-8m² with a 5mm mortar bed.

3️⃣what is the difference between random and rubble?

We have two main building styles here, random and rubble. Random mainly consists of largely squared-edged stones of varying heights and lengths, with some irregular pieces for character. Whereas our rubble style is formed mainly of irregular shapes, profiles and sizes, creating a rough-Hewn appearance.
