Steel work.

A few snap shots of the work that went into this floor.

This floor needed some complicated steel work to ensure its integrity for years to come.

All the shaped rebar was done onsite.

The first smaller rooms are a suspended concrete floor construction, the larger room is a raft construction and the long snake looking thing is 1 of 2 ground beams fitted.

Another great project transforming this outdoor space into an absolute beauty.

43m² of limestone slabs surrounding a circular green space, with a boarder of reclaimed sleepers.

Particular access issues with this project with a narrow side entrance wrapping round the building, but the team did a great job moving ton's of materials carefully to the back.

There'll be plenty of happy moments enjoyed here.

A nice little job from a couple weeks back.

20m² re-enforced concrete slab for a prefabricated kitchen unit, with new water mains to both the house & unit.

We managed to dig alongside the old lead water mains and duck under where they cross near the road.🤙🏼

From couple years back..

The swimming pool house was a tricky one, building around the existing pool, part of the building was built into a bank, one side mainly glass and every thing had to be carried by hand 100m from the drop off.

Here's a few pictures of the roof structure and inside finish. This project was along side MGL building and SL carpentry.

New Project started

Scaffolding is up allowing us to repair the seals on the aluminium guttering & to fix a leaking downpipe which is causing damage internally by soaking the wall & blowing the plaster.
Amongst other things we are also dealing with the pigeon issue 🕊️✖️.

Now it's the decorators turn.

A full renovation of a property in Worcester which included a new bathroom, kitchen, downstairs toilet, doors and tiling throughout.

PROBLEM SOLVING - Having to find creative solutions is part of the job!
Part of the task at hand is to move Tonnes of materials through the building down this narrow passage way, with delicate woodwork in place i.e staircase, door frames ect.. We decided that the risk of knocking something accidentally is too high with the amount of trips needed to move the materials around.
This is our solution, conveyor belts, a mirco digger (not Dave) would load and the conveyor dispensing safely out side. Reducing the risk of any unnecessary damage and making the whole operation more efficient. 👍🏼👍🏼

This steel frame extension is coming along quite nicely, roof structure is 90% done, the first layer of insulation has been fitted and the concrete pad has been poured.
This space is going to be a great addition to this country barn.
