Ever accidentally made the text on your computer screen unreadably small, or so massive it barely fits?

You haven't broken anything! This usually happens if you accidentally hold the 'Ctrl' key (or 'Cmd' on a Mac) while scrolling your mouse.

The Quick Fix:
Simply hold down Ctrl (or Cmd) and press the 0 (zero) key. This instantly resets your screen back to 100% normal size!

Every Wednesday 9:30-12:30 at Much Birch Community Hall (The Maple Room), Much Birch, Hereford HR2 8HT (Next to the Dr's Surgery)

Just bring in your troublesome devices and I will either diagnose and fix on the spot, or arrange to take it away (or come to you) to repair.
• Drop in session, no need to book
• Bring along your laptop/phone/printer etc...
• Diagnose and repair small issues
• Bigger issue; leave device with me for repair
• Advice, support and training
£10 per small fix. Bigger jobs can be booked in
(to be discussed at the time and repaired later).
Just like my one-to-one sessions or workshops, it'll all be very relaxed with no mumbo-jumbo techy-speak. Just turn up and I'll take a look.
There will also be tea/coffee and posh biscuits 😋

Avoid using your laptop directly on a soft blanket, cushion, or duvet. This blocks the air vents underneath, causing the machine to overheat, run sluggishly, and potentially damage the battery. Use a hard book or specifically designed tray instead.
