Another new project in Kensington, where we’re pleased to have obtained planning permission for the ground and first floor rear extension of this substantial Victorian townhouse within a Conservation Area.

We’re now providing the technical working drawings, as well as acting as Principal Designer and Party Wall Surveyor, plus advising the design team, Olga Ashby Interiors, throughout the next stages of the project.
