- Collingwood H2 downlights and Envirovent Extractor Fans both controlled by a PIR sensor with additional manual override installed.
- ATC hand dryers
- Knightsbridge CCT bulkhead and radial socket for cleaning cupboard.
- Full accessible toilet alarm system.
