🚨 A busy day on service 🚨

Today we replaced an old DVR and PSU, the customer can now view their property via their smart phone anywhere in the world.

We also attended this residential property to investigate a feedback fault on the intercom system. Within 10 minutes, the feedback was resolved and tested with multiple tenants.

To finish, we added 5x fobs to an existing barrier system.

This customer was recommended to us by another existing customer who lived round the corner from their property.

After a site survey, we quoted to upgrade their existing intruder alarm system, while utilising their existing cabling. We tested all cabling and was able to replace all equipment, without replacing any cabling or adding any wireless devices.

They can also view, monitor, set and unset their intruder alarm on their smartphone, anywhere in the world!

🚨 Busy day on reactive calls today 🚨

Our first call out was to attend a residential block of apartments, to investigate a fault that the 2 previous companies could not rectify. Within 1 hour, Joe had managed to source the fault and we have now ordered the faulty part, and will be attending again this week with the replacement part!

Our second call out was to attend a takeover alarm system. The customer could not get hold of the previous installer to investigate the fault on his alarm. We attended and managed to rectify the fault on the first attendance.

We also carried out a routine maintenance on one of our customers intruder alarm in their lovely pub!
