Limited on space, so we had to get creative with the ducting. The ducting was installed flat and neatly concealed within the floor space to keep everything tidy and discreet.
We also removed a brick to install a proper external ventilation grille, providing a suitable route for the extracted air.
Another neat, practical installation by RS Electrical Services.

Second visit to locate and rectify a lost neutral fault on the 20A radial circuit.

Fault traced to a junction box beneath the bedroom floor, where a mixture of old and new wiring had been poorly terminated, resulting in an open-circuit on neutral.

Terminations remade, fault cleared, and circuit operation verified.
