We loved seeing the transformation of these tired and faded Juliet balconies returned to their former glory…. and we only had 12 to do 😂

Feature wall Painting:

The customer wanted to paint over a very bold colour to create a more relaxed area. After sanding back the wall and filling any damage 3 coats of Dulux Trade Diamond Matt paint (Natural Calico) was applied to the walls.

The result was a crisp fresh finish to this lovely home.

Window Painting: Before & After

After sanding back the the windows a coat of Zinsser Peel Stop was applied to areas with peeling paint.

Two coats of Zinsser Allcoat was used for the final coats. A great paint which we highly recommended for exterior windows.

The final result is a fresh set of windows ready for the seasons to come.

Berkhamsted Porch:

Paint used: Zinsser Allcoat in Satin.

Zinsser Allcoat is a great product, Its self-priming, adheres to glossy surfaces and can resist cracking and flaking. A great paint for any exterior projects.

The porch is now back looking its best and will withstand many winters and summers to come.

Berkhamsted Exterior: After & Before.

A nice summer project decorating the exterior of an apartment block local to Berkhamstead.

Starting off with the fascia’s and soffits.

Hemel Hempstead Bathroom: After & Before.

This project was to freshen up a family bathroom and deal with the previous mould and peeling paint issues.

After protecting the floor and surfaces with Hard-floor protector and polythene sheeting I gave the walls a sand down using the Mirka sander.

The deeper cracks in the walls were raked out before being painted with Zinsser Peel stop. This will help seal the walls and prevent any future peeling issues.

Toupret Fill Flex was used to fill the deeper cracks and Gyproc Easifill 60 to fill any of the other damage.

The ceiling was painted using a coat of Zinsser 1.2.3 and then two coats of Zinsser Perma White. Zinsser products are brilliant in helping prevent potential mould issues in the future.

After a second sand Zinsser 1.2.3 was used to help block out the previous dark colour on the walls.

The woodwork and door frame were painted using Zinsser 1.2.3, Johnstones Aqua Guard undercoat and Aqua Guard in Brilliant White.

16E50 Turquoise or Pale Mint (colour matched in Zinsser Perma White) was the colour chosen for the walls.

Car Showroom Floor: After & Before photos:

A great project to paint and restore a car showroom floor after lots of wear and tear.

We used wire brushes to scrap away any loose paint and rough areas. Then brushed the area repeatedly to clean away any dust and debris.

One coat of Everest Trade Paints Polyurethane Concrete Floor Primer and Sealer was used as a primer. Followed by two coats of Everest Trade - Industrial Concrete Floor Paint - High Build Polyurethane (Resin Based) in Dark Grey

A great result with the floor back ready to display the beautiful vehicles.
