**Boiler Install In Hemel Hempstead**

A fairly standard boiler swap of an old Potterton Suprima 70 HE for a brand new Vaillant ecoFIT pure 425 with system filter.

The heating system was flushed using the Thoroughflush mains flushing unit.

Condense was upgraded to 1 1/4" pipework to prevent it from freezing in the winter.

System was heat tested and balanced for maximum efficiency and registered through Vaillant advance for an extended 10 year warranty.

***NEW BATHROOM RENOVATION - ADEYFIELD***

Very happy with how this bathroom renovation has turned out. Access to the bath had become difficult for customer, so a new full length anti slip shower tray with grab rails was installed.

Room was full tiled with the addition of new basin and unit, hideaway toilet cistern and new w/c and chrome towel rail.
