Sunday call out to no hot water or demand after a few tests I found the builders plumber had switched the hot and cold pipes so switched them back and cleaned the condense trap as the previous engineer hasnt touched that for years and she's roaring away with hot water.

Gas safety check this morning, condense run in copper and not terminated at all and PRV not kicked back to house. That condense will eat that copper pipe within the year and leak through the ceiling.
Please make sure you use someone who knows the regulations and is gas safe registered.
