🔧 Takeover Project – Before & After

These photos are from a recent takeover project we’re currently working on.

When we arrived on site, there were several issues that needed addressing including around half of the cameras being offline, poor equipment storage, no clear site plan, and little to no documentation showing where cables were routed or what they were connected to.

We’ve been working through the system from the ground up, including:

✅ Rebuilding the control equipment from scratch
✅ Increasing and improving equipment storage
✅ Fault-finding multiple offline cameras and bringing them back online
✅ Creating a clear and accurate site map
✅ Documenting all network details and cable identification

The biggest improvement is having everything properly documented and clearly identified. This means that if an issue occurs in the future, engineers can quickly understand the system and locate faults making maintenance and fault-finding much quicker and more straightforward 😊
