It’s the little details that make a big difference. 👌

We believe in doing a job properly, not just getting it done. From setting out, getting every line and level right, to those finishing touches that you might not notice straight away — attention to detail is something we take seriously on every job. 🛠️

A good job should look right, work right and stand the test of time. That’s the standard we set for ourselves, whether it’s fencing, decking, patios or a full garden transformation.

🌿 Thinking about getting your garden ready for spring? Now is the perfect time to get your project booked in. Our diary is already filling up, so if you’re thinking about a new fence, decking, patio or landscaping project, get in touch and let’s get it sorted ready for spring! ☀️

🔨 ANOTHER JOB COMPLETE! 🔨

Always great to be back working for a returning customer! 👌

We removed 4 old, rotten 4ft fence panels and replaced them with 3 bays of brand-new 4ft closeboard fencing, giving the boundary a much cleaner, stronger and smarter finish. 🌿

We also tackled an unsightly oil-stained section of the tarmac driveway after an old car had leaked a considerable amount of oil onto the surface.

Rather than leaving the stain behind, we cut out and removed the affected area and reinstated it with fresh cold lay macadam, leaving the driveway looking much cleaner and tidier. 💪

Another small project transformed, with everything left neat, tidy and built to last! 👌

A big thank you to Crestala Fencing for supplying the fencing materials.

And as always, it’s great to have customers come back to us for more work — thank you for choosing WM Landworks again! 🙌

Been a week! But Friday evening is here and I’m ready for a couple of days of quiet time. Back to it next week with a long run of closeboard! Watch this space for updates…

Another fencing job completed, with three separate elements bringing everything together 👌

🔨 A run of new 6ft fence panels
🔨 Another run of 6ft panels, incorporating a pair of gates we originally installed for the customer 2 years ago, which have now been repurposed in a different location
🔨 A run of metal fencing, handmade by the customer’s son, finished off with a picket gate installed by us

A great mix of new fencing and existing features, all tied together to create a smart, practical and secure boundary.

Another job done and another happy customer! 💪

Another little fencing job complete removing a low wall and replacing it with a 6ft closeboard fence with top cap. We also replaced a very tired old drain cover and laid an Indian sandstone slab to the top of the brick pillar at the end. This was left to protect the end fence post as this separates two drives so can be susceptible to knocks!

Scroll through to see the process, the before photos, a beautiful bacon sandwich that this customer made for us and the great review on their instagram, which they spared no time at all in singing our praises publicly! Always so lovely to read.

Thanks to Crestala Fencing for the materials and to AM SKIP AND PLANT HIRE LTD for the skip to remove waste.

From a w**d filled, moss covered old fashioned rockery to a sleek, fresh, modern stepped and tiered oak sleeper bed.

Pretty much all the old plants, shrubs and w**ds came out giving the customers a clean slate to plant up with whatever they want.

This job didn’t come without its struggles, once the rockery was taken apart, under the thin layer of soil was concrete with thin metal wire running through it, this made digging the holes for the posts a real challenge, but with time and great effort we ensured that they all went in with sufficient depth to support the weight of the sleepers and ground behind them. With the additional soil put into the beds will give sufficient soil for any new plants to grow.

After a couple of weeks away, we are back to it. Always hard to get back into the swing of life after living in luxury for so long, but it has to be done! Lovely little job starting in Crowborough so watch this space for updates!

What a transformation completed over the weekend! 🙌

This typical new-build garden had a small, poorly laid patio, an uneven clay-filled lawn, and very little usable outdoor space. We stripped everything back and started with a blank canvas to completely re-landscape the garden.

We installed approximately 36m² of beautiful Stone Saver Kandla Grey 600x900 porcelain paving, laid with staggered joints and finished with Azpects Ltd EasyGrout in Graffito to create a stunning, practical patio area.

To ensure excellent drainage without compromising the finish, we installed a hidden recessed ACO drain running alongside the patio, topped with Black Ice/Panda Stones, which feeds into a French drain we also installed.

The lawn area was then built up using blended topsoil to bring it flush with the new patio before being finished with premium CB Winters turf, creating a level, lush lawn ready to enjoy.

A big thank you to Parker Building Supplies for supplying all the aggregates and materials, and to PJ Waste Management for providing the skip to remove all the waste.

Another garden transformed and another happy customer! 👌
