We officially close for business tomorrow - Friday 19th December through to Sunday 28th December.

Open for emergencies only on Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th and Wednesday 31st.

We will be closed on New Year's Day. 🎉

Back to normal working hours Friday 2nd January.

🎂 sorry for delays in responding to messages 🎂

We hate to keep people waiting for a response to a message or to calls for emergency help.... This last week we have struggled to keep up in getting back to people.

We apologise for those we haven't been able to get to! Coupled with the weather turning colder and a certain someone turning 3️⃣ its been a full on week. But today normality returns 🤞🏼

I know so many of you ask if we service oil boilers. At the moment unfortunately, no we don't (we are looking at John getting his OFTEC, but a little problem called time and a lack of it 🤦🏼‍♀️)

✉️ I seem to be having issues with my email inbox! Clients are receiving bounce back emails stating the mailbox is full. I've deleted lots of items but it still seems to be happening!!

Any IT experts tell me what else I can do to rectify the issue?!

We cannot believe how successful this year has been. We look back at this time last year, we were so uncertain and nervous about what the future was going to bring but we can safely say it's the best thing we could have done for our little family. We couldn't have done it without you so thank you, thank you, thank you! 🥰

We hope 2025 will be even bigger and better for Flo Plumbing and Heating.

We've sent lots of quotes in the last couple of weeks and people are telling us they have been found in their junk folders.
