The fitters from County that finalised this feature door installation have reported back to us that their buyer, Mr Standen, is delighted with the new Timber Windows bi-folding doors. 🤗

He’s enjoying the much wider opening that the replacement design delivers, compared to what the old statement door offered him.

How efficiently bi-folds fold and move from closed to open (or the reverse) is quite astounding. ↔️

We have no doubt that the fluent mechanism will have him using the doors with great frequency over the summer.

Bi-folds must be tried out if you’ve never experienced them before. Our showrooms provide environments to put them through their paces. 📍

🚪🔄 A change of statement feature door here, with the old patio door taken out and exchanged for an elegantly decorated French door.

To transition from home to garden, rather than doing so with a sliding motion, the occupants now just swing the pair of hinged doors outward from the middle of the frame.

When comparing the two doors, County’s French door displays more stylishness, functions more easily, and is way more energy efficient.

Throughout the upcoming summer, we can see it being left ajar most days. 🔓

🤗 We received notification from Mr and Mrs Blackmore that they are over the moon with the new timber windows and doors now occupying their lovely bungalow, organised by Kevin and Mitch.

What the designs have done well is preserve the heritage character of the property, finished with a micro-porous three coat paint or stain so that the couple rarely have to care for them. 🧽❌

The windows are in the casement style, and we also offer a flush version for a flat exterior if that’s what you need to uphold a traditional home aesthetic.

Sleek window designs from County can open up views of outdoor scenery – the mesmerising spectacle visible through this window shows that. 🖼️

Framing plays second fiddle to the large glass pane, allowing the beautiful greenery to be fully admired from the secure confines of the house.

There was no such luxury with the old opening as the extra, bulkier framework impeded the view. ❌

Our feature doors are also excellent for establishing improved views if you love taking in your external surroundings inside the house.

Our fitters delicately removed the old entryway and whilst doing so, ensured that the work area was kept as tidy as possible. 🧹

Within no time of that process concluding, the replacement door was readied for installation into the open aperture, with sufficient space to include a side panel beside it.

The grey finish bridges the gap between modern and traditional, a shade that lots of customers are attracted to for that reason. 🩶

The spring sunshine is bringing these authentically styled windows from County firmly into focus. ☀️

It’s more evidence of County having solutions to preserve the original character of properties constructed decades ago.

Bar detailing in no way prevents the designs from maximising the light and heat of the sun, adding essential character and heritage charm.

A classic white colour exquisitely complements the exterior and creates an airy, bright atmosphere within the interior.

There’s no contest between the two, with County’s UPVC gateway offering an enhanced wood effect, along with improved privacy and security.

A narrow aperture didn’t pose any issue for us, as we were able to just customise the selected style to fit.
