We’re pleased to announce that the team has successfully completed the official Restec Flexitec training course and are now approved registered installers of the Flexitec roofing system.

This allows us to professionally supply and install the full Restec Flexitec system — a high-performance liquid applied roofing solution designed to provide a seamless, fully bonded and long-lasting waterproof finish for flat roofs, balconies, terraces, gutters and walkways.

As registered installers, we can now offer customers a wider range of advanced roofing solutions backed by manufacturer-approved installation methods and product knowledge. Alongside Flexitec, we are also able to offer and work with other Restec systems including:

• GRP fibreglass roofing systems
• Liquid waterproofing systems
• Roof refurbishment and overlay systems
• Balcony and walkway waterproofing
• Detailing systems for difficult roof areas and penetrations

Another top-quality transformation completed 👊

Old roof fully removed and prepped for a full upgrade. New firrings installed to improve falls and drainage, followed by 18mm tongue & groove OSB for a strong, solid deck.

We upgraded insulation and airflow to bring the roof up to a higher standard, then finished it off with new PVC facias and guttering for a clean, long-lasting edge. Metal drip edges fitted throughout, and the whole system completed using a full Restec 2020 system for a durable, high-performance finish 🔥

Great work by the team on this one — delivered to a high standard from start to finish as usual!!

Another quality job completed 👊

Old roof fully stripped back, allowing us to upgrade insulation and improve airflow throughout the system.

We installed new 18mm plywood across the deck, followed by brand new PVC fascia and guttering for a clean, durable finish. To top it off, we fitted metal drip edges and completed the roof with a high-performance 3-ply torch-on system 🔥

Big well done to the team for delivering a solid result from start to finish.

Most importantly — another happy client and a 5⭐ job all round.

Here’s a project we started in January and after 5 weeks we finally completed the project 😊 I’ve posted this one a little late ⏰

The existing roof completely failed, the tiles had laminated beyond repair.
The roof also had spray foam insulation which we removed completely.
A lot of work went into this one , especially with all the new tiles we needed 😴 and removal of the foam which takes twice as long.

We supplied the client with sample tiles and we decided to go with marley concrete plain tiles supplied by Brian Gow Roofing Supplies Ltd, A very good choice 👍🏻 the colour is also very similar to the existing, which keeps the roof looking similar.

We completed the following:
Loft Insulation ✔️ Loft stilts and new boarding ✔️ New tiles and fittings ✔️ Chimney lead work ✔️ Stormdry applied to the chimney ✔️ Deep flow guttering ✔️ Facias and soffits referbished ✔️ Internal ceilings strengthened ✔️ Dry ridge vented system ✔️ Plain tile roof vents ✔️

A very busy weekend for one of our commercial clients in Southampton.
Some long days went into this one ☝️ 😴

Multiple leaks were reported, unfortunately on roofs like these and of this size, it’s a case of eliminating the most obvious 1st, which was the sky lights, gulleys and adjoining wall in this case.

We sealed and prepped the asphalt ready for a full restec grp system to be fitted, this is a system designed to last. ⭐️

Skylights done ✔️
Gulleys done ✔️
Adjoining wall done ✔️

Now all it needs is a good test ☔️ 💦 🤞

One of our recent projects we have just completed in Rotherfield.

Unfortunately the slates on this property couldn’t be re-used, the client decided to use all new, so we fitted high quality Spanish slates supplied by Brian Gow Roofing Supplies Ltd.
The great thing about this roof, we used all new materials for everything.
Has been an absolute pleasure to take on this project.

We’ve just wrapped up another successful project using a spider MEWP hired from GTAccess in Hailsham, allowing us to safely access and thoroughly clean and survey high-level gutters. This specialist equipment enables us to reach difficult areas with minimal disruption while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency. It’s been a while since we have posted!! We’ve been very busy despite the weather 🌦️ ☔️ 💦

This is just one of our projects we have recently completed, more updates on current projects to follow soon 🔜.

After an emergency call out to Southampton General Hospital for a long term client of ours, we found a very poorly installed flat roof was causing a major leak into a treatment ward, thanks to our quick response and turn around, the leak has been fixed.
We found the contractor before installed a single torch on layer on an asphalt roof, they didn’t even have the decency to prime the deck before hand, let alone lack of heat resulting in the roof not bonding at all and water just freely worked its way under the whole roof system.

We removed the roof back to the asphalt ☑️
All waste cleared ☑️
Bitumen primer applied ☑️
Tecnatorch base fitted ☑️
Tecnatorch cap fitted ☑️
Liquid application applied to the awkward surrounding areas ☑️
Fully waterproof roof ☑️

A job done properly, promptly and professionally ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

The access was very tricky on this one but not a problem for us 💪

Something a little different for us on this one ☝️
We managed to get this done just in time for Christmas 🎅 even with the bad weather!! ☔️ 💨.
Old cladding removed and new timber cladding supplied and fitted along with the new windows and window lead trays 😊, another huge effort from the team 👏 and another happy customer ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Back next year to apply a final coat of paint 🎨
