Catnic Urban - Bugford.
Applied the finishing touches to this one last week.
Catnic Urban Standing seam system with integrated full Passivehaus spec Fakro rooflights.
Vertical Cladding areas and intricate detailing where dormers and secret gutters adjoin.
Armourplan single ply to the dormer roofs.

We love the final look and we can't wait to share some drone photos once the site is fully complete.

This week we have finished this project at the Salvation Army in Plymouth.

Materials - *Tata Trisomet 120mm thick Insulated Roof Panels -

We were asked to replace the existing roof which included an insulation upgrade (to current building regs).

We opted for Tata Trisomet 333 120mm thick insulated roofing panels with a HPS200 finish in Goosewing Grey.

The client was really happy with the finish as were we.

Catnic Urban, Yeoford.
We completed this Catnic Urban project in July of this year.
This project had a bit of everything, valleys, verticals, borders, plinths, planked profile soffits, plain soffits, penetrations and more.
The end result is stunning and another great example of the high quality workmanship we produce..

Weekly Roundup.

-Started Salvation Army for WMS, solid progress out of the blocks, have the back nearly in. ⏳

-Started Helston on Sunday, project completed (including fascia and rainwater extras) by Wednesday lunchtime (Catnic Urban strip and re-roof). Photos to follow.💪

-Sutton Orchards, 3 hours remaining (last pieces of ridge flashing and rainwater goods). ⏳

-Started Bugford, big week, next week 💪

-Couple little Velux jobs squeezed in too.

-Photos collected of our finished project in Yeoford (completed back in the summer) - More photos next week.. ⌛

-All without Senior, who is on his 17th holiday of the year! Hats off for sporting the DRC colours in the Maldives.... 🌴🥥

Productive week all around.

Catnic Urban - Pennymoor, Tiverton.
Here is a project we completed back in June using Catnic Urban 514mm Standing seam, in Olive Green.
Fitted within the Urban are 8no Electronically operated Velux Rooflights which were positioned precisely to both provide equal sized starter/finisher panels whilst avoiding rogue seams (seams too close to the edges of the rooflights).
We also supported the client and their builders by issuing fully dimensioned detailed drawings for all cladding interfaces and changes of pitch, each with maximum attention to the aesthetics and ventilation function.

Urban in Olive Green is a new one on us, and we did raise an eyebrow, but we think it looks awesome.
