Holt Scaffolding LTD are looking for a reliable, hard-working scaffolding labourer to join our team.

Experience in scaffolding is highly preferred — the more experience the better — however, the most important requirement is a FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE. This is a must.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has scaffolding/construction experience
• Holds a full UK driving licence
• Is reliable and turns up every day
• Is physically fit and comfortable working at height
• Works well as part of a team
• Takes pride in their work and wants regular work

CISRS/COTS card would be a big advantage. Appropriate training/competence is important for scaffolding work. (National Careers Service⁠)

🏠 FULL NEW ROOF INSTALLATION – RIPLEY, DERBYSHIRE 🏠

Another full re-roof completed by Holt Roofing Ltd, bringing this property right up to current standards from the insulation through to the finished roof covering.

The loft has been fully insulated to current Building Regulations, followed by a new breathable membrane, eaves support trays and 25x50mm treated timber battens throughout.

We installed new dry valley systems, a full dry ridge system and new dry verge, before finishing the roof with new Double Roman roof tiles, giving the property a smart, durable and low-maintenance finish. 🔨🏠

🏡 Another stunning roof transformation completed by Holt Roofing Ltd in Smalley, Derbyshire! 🔥

Another fantastic project completed, delivering a high-quality roofing system that’s built to stand the test of time while giving this property a fresh, modern appearance.

The existing roof was stripped back before installing a new breathable membrane, 25x50 treated timber battens and a complete new tiled roof. We finished the roof with a maintenance-free dry ridge and dry verge system, providing excellent ventilation, long-term durability and eliminating the need for traditional mortar maintenance.

As part of the project, we also installed 5 brand-new low-maintenance Velux roof windows, all fitted with new manufacturer-approved flashing kits to ensure a completely watertight finish while flooding the loft space with natural light.

To complete the roofline, we replaced the fascias and soffits to the front gable and rear elevation, giving the property a smart, clean finish while protecting the roofline with low-maintenance uPVC products.

A huge thank you to Holt Scaffolding LTD for supplying and erecting the scaffold. By having our own scaffolding company, we’re able to manage the entire project from start to finish, keeping everything running safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Every roof we complete is finished to the highest standard, with attention to detail from the first strip-off to the final ridge tile.
