The Role
Weโ€™re seeking experienced, motivated climbers who are passionate about arboriculture and committed to working safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team.

Working Hours:
๐Ÿ•ข 7:30 AM โ€“ 5:15 PM

Pay:
๐Ÿ’ท Competitive rates, dependent on experience

Contract Options:
โœ” Full-time
โœ” Part-time
โœ” Subcontractor considered

Essential Requirements (Climbers)

Valid Climbing ticket
Valid Aerial Rescue ticket
Maintenance & Cross-Cutting qualification
Small Tree Felling qualification
Full, clean driving licence, including towing entitlement
Additional training and tickets can be provided for the right candidates who are keen to develop their skills and progress within the industry.

We always enjoy projects where our specialist equipment can be positioned right at the base of the tree, allowing us to carry out the work as safely and efficiently as possible.

On this occasion, our team dismantled a mature chestnut tree using a combination of our excavator and Bandit chipper, creating a smooth and highly controlled operation from start to finish. Having the right machinery on site not only improves efficiency but also enhances safety for both our team and the surrounding area.

Once the tree had been removed, we ground the stump was professionally ground out, leaving the site clean, tidy, and ready for its next use.

Following a recent emergency call-out in Alton, our team was tasked with removing a large windblown sycamore tree that had fallen into a lake after the root plate failed.

Using the right specialist equipment, we were able to safely and efficiently recover the tree from the water while protecting the surrounding environment. Last week, our team was at the University of Surrey carrying out the removal of a condemned poplar tree that had developed severe decay at its base, making it unsafe and requiring urgent attention.
