Proctor Roofing is the product of an amalgamation between Proctor UK and sister company Arrow Roofin

Proctor Roofing is the combination of two successful sister companies, Arrow Roofing (run by Jeff Proctor) and Proctor UK Ltd (Wayne Proctor). Our family has been in the roofing industry for six generations that we know of, with knowledge of the trade being passed down from father to son, and although technology and methods may have changed the core values we were taught still remain strong. Roofing Ltd was run by Jeff Proctor with many of the workforce being family. Quality craftsmanship and materials as well as respect for our client, their property and customer satisfaction were paramount and as a result the majority of work was won through recommendation. Arrow Roofing covered all aspects of pitched roofing works from repairs to complete renovations as well as the more complex jobs of lead welding and heritage roofing. Proctor UK Ltd specialised in flat roofing & protective coatings and was formed in 2006 by Wayne Proctor to work alongside Arrow Roofing. The main objectives from the outset were to utilise the wealth of experience and core values from the past generations of the Proctor family and to embrace the innovative and technological advances in the flat roofing and waterproofing industries including the design and installation of liquid roofing, reinforced bitumen membranes, EPDM single ply membranes and green roofs, as well as various coatings to provide a complete “all round” service for today’s and tomorrow’s climate. In 2014 we decided to merge the two sister companies combining the skills, experience and resources to form a single family unit under a name that has become synonymous with professional craftsmanship and roofing – Proctor.

Here we are, the finished shots of our recent toilet block roof refurbishment. I think we can all agree this looks stunning! Progress update on our toilet block re-roof for the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk News & Events.

All of the existing tiles have been stripped along with the old felt & battens. New Roofshield breather membrane, treated graded battens, and 5u eaves protection felt have been installed.

With new Marley Ltd Old English Dark Red Ashmores from AJW Distribution LTD being set out and starting to be laid. Good progress so far by the team.

Keep your eyes open for further updates as we head towards completion.

That's the site set up all complete on this upcoming toilet block re-roof for the Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk News & Events. Massive thanks to Chris Sopp Scaffolding Limited for the scaffolding. Looking forward to getting this one underway, keep an eye out for updates over the next couple of weeks.

The existing tiles, felt & battens all stripped. The installation of breather membrane with treated graded battens before fixing Marley Ltd Ashmore interlocking double plain tiles in Old English Dark Red. Together with a framing out and fitting of a Velux window.

The old, crumbling tiles were stripped away along with the existing felt & batten back to the rafters. New breather membrane and treated graded battens were installed before a new clay Acme Single Camber Plain tile covering with arris hip tiles and bedded ridge.

MOT’S Did you know lighting defects cause over 3.4 million mot failures in the U.K annually. ( primarily blown bulbs ) making them the most common reason for failure. Help us to help you, before presenting your vehicle for mot check all your lights, wash wipers and tyre condition/ tread depth (1.6 mm minimum across the central 3/4 of the tyre) if you are unsure call in and we will be happy to check them for you. Be sure to secure your appointment early as we consistently book in advance of 3 to 4 weeks ahead. 👨🏻‍🔧

Ideally located in and around the Heacham area, or you'll need your own transport to get to the Head office each morning.
