the detail matters.
For this new rume in Woking, our client wanted an office space that looked considered from every angle, without creating another area of the garden that required constant maintenance.
Composite cladding was the natural choice.
Unlike traditional timber, it doesn’t require regular painting, staining or treating, while offering excellent resistance to moisture, fading, warping and rot. It gives us the character and texture of timber, with far less ongoing maintenance - allowing the exterior to continue looking sharp with minimal intervention.
Finished in a sleek black tone, the cladding gives this rume a clean, contemporary appearance while helping it sit quietly against the surrounding garden. The darker finish also works beautifully with the black-framed glazing and decking, creating a simple, cohesive palette throughout.
