Job description:
We are a Sussex based building company that specializes in new builds, extensions, loft conversions and all other building services. These include bathrooms, kitchens, refurbishments and property maintenance.
We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced multi tradesman to join our busy and growing work force.
We will provide you with a company uniform and access to work vehicles during the working day.
Key Responsibilities:
Construction Expertise:
Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience to perform a wide range of construction tasks, including but not limited to carpentry, painting & decorating, tiling, masonry, basic plumbing, basic electrical work.
Material Management: Efficiently manage and optimize the use of construction materials, ensuring cost-effectiveness and minimal wastage.
Client Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, addressing any concerns and providing updates on project progress.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other construction professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project ex*****on.
Requirements:
Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry.
Driving licence and reliable transportation
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Working hours 8am-4.30pm Monday-Friday.

Kitchen and utility renovation in albourne with a tight deadline for the client before they went on holiday. In this build we did a full strip out floor tiles up etc. We made changes to the French door and window to larger openings. Fitted new aluminium critical French doors and worktop high window. We fitted wet under floor heating in a mat covered with ceramic herringbone tiles. We also do a part rewire, new boiler and re plaster. The kitchen was from Howdens that had sprayed to a custom finish colour not off the shelf finished with a 20mm dekton worktop. Decorating was finished with Farrow Ball paint. This 6 week project turned out rather well we think.

Knocked down and completely rebuild of a self contained annex in haywards heath. A lot of detail has gone into such a small area such as hand made roof tiles and hand made bricks amongst other things. Very happy how it has come out so far. We are just going through the final design for the out side area.

Designed and build onsite by myself for our client in an eclipse curve barrel. Plastered finish meet English oak treads, painted risers and led lighting.

This a small project that we did last year phase 2 for this client. Converting a small storage room over the garage into another bedroom, en-suite and opening up the upstairs landing.
