Can you do this??

We are currently recruiting for a new Bathroom Fitter/Plumber. 💦🚿🛠️

These are just an example of the sort of bathroom projects we undertake. All of them very different from the one before and all with the same level of detail and finish.

And out comes the back of the house!!

Now the steel beam has been fabricated and the sliding doors are ready, we are back at our job in High Hurstwood.

We have already finished the majority of the inside work and can now get this job completed. Once the doors are in we set upon what will be the stunning parquet flooring!!!

We cannot wait! 🥳

We also must be doing something right as we had a client meeting today about the conversion of their garage into an annexe 👍🏻.

Like so many, this clients conservatory was freezing in the winter and extremely hot in the summer! 🥵🥶

We added a downstairs WC next to the existing conservatory - matching the existing bricks pretty well - then after removing the existing conservatory roof, we added a 'hybrid' roof.

A lightweight roofing frame is added, dense insulation and a slate effect roof plus skylights.
The dense insulation allows the space to conform to current building regulation U-Values (along with some other tweaks) meaning it is now a habitable space.

Now completed, this client is going to be able to use this room all year round.

You too can make adjustments to your existing conservatory to make it a far more usable space than it may be now.

Get in touch and we can discuss your options and if needed point you in the direction of some excellent local architects and companies we work with to create these spaces.

Terrific progress on our project in working alongside

Some early changes meant some alterations to the schedule of works to work alongside the client (and baby 👶🏻!!) but progress has been good.
Building control have already signed off works to date including the garage conversion ready for one of the new kitchens and internal structural alterations.

Working alongside the clients own plumbers and electricians on this project which has worked really well and something we're happy to do.

Keep an eye on this project......
