Another happy returning client! 🙌🏠

After previously installing new radiators, our client called us back to safely remove a cracked asbestos soil stack.

Before starting, we explained there could be hidden damage caused by the leak—and unfortunately, that’s exactly what we found. Years of water ingress and weather exposure had damaged the roof, so we didn’t just replace the stack… we repaired everything properly.

✅ Safe asbestos removal & legal disposal
✅ New breathable felt, correctly lapped and overlapped for extra weather protection
✅ New treated battens
✅ New black lower soil stack (as requested by the client)
✅ New FloPlast vent slate
✅ Roof retiled and left fully watertight

🥵 Working in full asbestos PPE in 35°C heat wasn’t easy! Huge thanks to our brilliant client for keeping us fuelled with ice lollies and cold drinks all day. 🍦🥤

💦 After soaking down the work area and cleaning away any remaining dust and debris, the heat got the better of us… so one of our team Dan, couldn’t resist a quick cool down under the garden hose! Safe to say he came out looking like he’d just stepped off the front cover of Vogue… or at least that’s what he keeps telling us! 😂

We don’t believe in shortcuts, if we uncover a problem, we fix it properly.
