A beautiful antique cast iron water fountain just installed at a property I decorated last year.
The fountain was purchased in a rather sorry state. I took it for media blasting to remove years of modern paint.
It’s was then treated to 2 coats of Brouns & Co red oxide primer and 3 coats of linseed oil paint in blackout no.38

Replace or repair. On listed properties, repair is often the best choice and more economical.

I was asked to refinish an old pine floor but keep as much of the original patina as possible with durability and water resistance a high priority.
Old wax finish removed with meths and wire wool, finished using rubiomonocoat 2c in natural.
Rest of the bathroom decorated using farrow and ball.

A more modern oak framed kitchen extension on a Georgian Manor House, repairs to the door sill and frame, made on site, painted in Dulux weathershield quick dry system.

A lovely Georgian window on a recent exterior. All profiles made by hand to match. Restoration glass used where required. Finished in Dulux weathershield system.
