Bespoke hot tub brought back to life 🔧💦

A slightly different repair for us this time at this beautiful property in Brighton.

This high-end bespoke hot tub had developed multiple faults, with caused by a failed seal on the original control board, causing issues with the system.

Rather than giving up on the tub, we carried out a full control system retrofit to get it back up and running:

🔧 New Vian control board fitted
🎛️ New Vian control panel installed
💦 New circulation pump
🔩 Circulation pump plumbing altered and reworked to suit the new setup
⚡ System fully tested and recommissioned

The result — a bespoke hot tub given a new lease of life with a modern, serviceable control system rather than replacing the entire spa.

The new Vian equipment also comes with a 2-year warranty for added peace of mind. ✅

Another hot tub recovered and back in action 🙌

Complete overhaul of this 15 year old hot tub in East Grinstead, West Sussex 🙌

Initial check on job found faults in the circuit board - air blower relay was intermittent, heater relay not coming on and pump was seized. Leak was also found on one of the pepper-pot fittings.

Upon return the hot tub had a full transformation, BP200UX board fitted, 2 Speed Vian 3HP Pump, New Balboa Topside, as well as a much needed hot tub flush and service.

This has given the hot tub a reset for many years to come. Since the overhaul before Christmas, no issues have occurred since 😍
