Following on from our last post. This was another ensuite we completed for the same customer.

Small space. Big upgrade.
This bathroom proves thoughtful design makes all the difference.

This time adding a totally new ensuite into a bedroom. Maximising the space of the ensuite without taking up too much space of the bedroom.

Once again with fully tiled walls and floor.

Another job completed this year.

This was an existing raised timber decking area. Which was totally rotted away, making it unsafe for the tenants to walk on.

We was asked to make a raised terrace area with storage space underneath to make use of the space. With a minimal amount of maintenance needed.

We done this by creating new concrete foundations, building a block wall perimeter, with block and beam in top to create the storage space underneath.

We finished this with paving slabs on top, timber handrails and a rendered finish on the walls.

Sorry for being quiet on quiet in here lately. We've been busy carrying out and finishing various jobs.

This en-suite is one we recently finished in Connor downs.w

This involved rip out of the existing fully tiled en-suite. Re boarding using tile backer board and then fully tiled. New vinyl click flooring and the ceiling re-skimmed.

Plenty of time and effort went into the pattern on this one. With the a really high end finish.

We worked along side Leighton James plumbing and heating who carried out all first and second fix plumbing work.

A brilliant job we got to complete earlier in the year before the summer season. This job was for great customers who have us a bit of a free reign of work. With a basic plan and principle of what they wanted they let us get to work.

This started off with 2 containers which was already cladded (completed by others) . We made everything else from scratch. We had to make in indoor seating area and sheltered area for the bar which was I keeping with the area and making the most of the amazing views.

We started by making the roof structure and then covered with a dual layer perspex roof. Then cladded the lower wall sections. Once the area was dry and sheltered we then got to work making all the furniture such as tables and seats with planters on. A raised bar/seating all the way round externally. Giving you uninterrupted views of the beach. A raised floor at the bar and a little dj booth and then finally as a last measure for winter proofing some sliding doors to really enclose the inside section during the colder days. We didn't make the sheeting windows they was done by another company.

This was a brilliant job to work on with more stuff in the pipeline so keep your eyes peeled.

8 different composite decks completed totalling 443 m2.

Frames constructed out of 6 x 2 timber and 4 x 4 posts concreted into the ground.
Fence posts sleeved with a composite shroud ready for a stainless steel gate to be fitted.
A set of steps leading up to to the entrance of each property.

This was carried out at bude coastal resort.


Cladco decking was used for this project.

Patio homes phase 1 completed.
We totally refurbished these block of 4 houses from old and dated to new and modern.

All new anthracite PVC fascia and soffit all round, plus new black guttering.

Top half fully cladded with composite wood effect cladding.

New composite decking areas out the front of each property enclosed with slatted wood fencing to enclose them and make them dog friendly.

New composite decking balcony with stainless steel and glass balustrades.

Full span pergolas over the decking areas.

New hot tubs.

Pathways and parking area formed with oak sleeper boundaries and then golden flint stone covering.

Next external lighting all around.

All windows and doors replaced with anthracite double glazed PVC units.

Patio homes phase 1 completed.
We totally refurbished these block of 4 houses from old and dated to new and modern.

Stripped back to bare structure we had all new plumbing and electrics fitted throughout. Originally being heated by electric radiators. We installed new lpg as to each property upgrading he property to gas central heating throughout.

We cladded all walls and ceilings internally with v groove cladding.

All doors replaced with oak doors.

Brand new kitchens.

Brand new main bathrooms and ensuites in each.

Luxury vinyl click flooring throughout downstairs and in bathrooms. Plus new carpets all upstairs.

New door linings, archives and skirting throughout.

All windows and doors replaced with anthracite double glazed PVC units.

Looking forward to the next stages.

The internals of our full refurbs up clowance estate of 2 lodges.

The refurbs involved. Total rip out of existing internals. Full rewire and plumbing. All walls cladded in v groove cladding. New kitchen, 2 new ensuite bathrooms, 1 main bathroom. All new second fix including doors, skirting and architrave. New laminate flooring and carpets. Fully painted throughout.

All complete ready for new guests to walk in and stay.

A recent project we completed at clowance estate.

Full refurbishment of 2 lodges.

All new external works from disabled access ramps and composite decking all around to create access. All new composite posts with a rope hand rail.
Fully cladded in a composite cladding. New fascia soffits and guttering. All new windows and doors. Finished off with fencing and a pergola. New hot tubs installed into the decking. Finished off with external lighting.
