Running a business comes with its fair share of challenges, but sometimes the biggest disappointments come from those you once trusted to be part of the journey.
Recently, we’ve faced some difficult circumstances after being badly let down by someone who was entrusted with significant responsibility within the business.
It’s been a testing period, both professionally and personally, but one thing has become clearer than ever — the strength of a business isn’t defined by the actions of one individual, but by the people who step up when it matters most.
I couldn’t be prouder of the team around me. The loyalty, commitment, determination and sheer hard work shown over recent weeks have been nothing short of exceptional.
People have gone above and beyond, taken on additional responsibilities and worked tirelessly to help turn a challenging situation into a positive one.
