Time to catch up on past work. Been a while since I updated. Start with the latest project completed and will add some of what we've been up to over lockdown(s). Nice timber summer house. Upvc double glazed windows and doors and EDPM one piece rubber roof.

Saughall project completed alongside Richard Unwin (www.facebook.com/RichardUnwinbuildingConstruction). New porch with toilet room constructed to the front of the house, rear garage dismantled and new garden room with rear storage room built, remodeled rear lawn area with sleeper border and steps to access the lawn, full new block paved driveway and driveway gates. All interior doors replaced, topped off with a full new bannister rail with oak handrail. Took a delay due to lock down but finished eventually.

Latest kitchen all finished.Ripped out, rewired, plastered, re plumbed and new kitchen and appliances fitted.

Another job completed. Steel in, wall out. New French doors and soil stack. Old back door removed and bricked up.
