🤍 WHAT A TRANSFORMATION! 🤍

This one is an absolute SHOW STOPPER! 😍

We’ve completely transformed the front and rear of this beautiful home with some stunning upgrades:
✨ Cream flush casement windows throughout — giving the property that sleek, modern and incredibly clean finish.
🚪 A stunning composite front door, with the existing side panels knocked through and made full height to create a much cleaner, more contemporary entrance.
🏡 And round the back, we knocked through the existing dining room window and installed a set of stunning aluminium bi-fold doors, completely opening up the room and creating a beautiful connection to the garden.
And those flush casement windows… 🤩 We honestly think they’re one of the best window styles you can choose!
✔️ Beautifully sleek, flush finish
✔️ No bulky external frames
✔️ Clean, contemporary appearance
✔️ Timeless design that suits both modern & traditional homes
✔️ Low maintenance
✔️ Excellent energy efficiency
✔️ Available in a huge range of colours & finishes

☀️ From a sauna in summer to a room you can enjoy all year round!

Take a look at this incredible transformation in Stafford 🤩

The customer was fed up with the conservatory being boiling hot in summer and freezing cold in winter, so we completely reconfigured the space with one goal. Make it usable all year round.

✔️ French doors relocated to open straight onto the garden
✔️ Brand new Anthracite Grey windows & doors
✔️ Completely new, fully insulated roof system
✔️ Stylish plastic slate tiles
✔️ Velux roof window for extra natural light
✔️ Black-tinted glass to two sides to reduce sun & glare

And just look at the result… 😍 The tinted glass doesn’t just help with the heat and glare — it looks unreal too!

A complete transformation that has turned an unusable conservatory into a space the customer can enjoy all year round. 🏡🔥❄️

🏡 Something a little different in Hawarden this week…

We took down this old, tired uPVC porch and gave it a complete transformation.

The corners have been bricked up, making the new porch look like it was always part of the house rather than an add-on. We also installed a fully insulated flat roof and plastered the entire interior to carry the finish through and really make it feel like part of the home.

Another job where the small details make a BIG difference. 🤩

🤩 It doesn’t get much better than this! 🤩

The original timber windows have been replaced with premium Agate Grey flush casements, finished with astragal bars in the top openers giving this beautiful property a fresh, modern look while keeping its traditional character. 🏡

We also transformed the front entrance by taking the side panels all the way down to the floor, creating a much more modern and stylish finish.

To finish it off, the bay window cladding was completely replaced, changing the old hanging tiles for brand new Spanish slate. 👌

We also replaced all the fascia, soffits and guttering in black, along with the small flat roof above the top bay window.

A proper transformation, modern, timeless and absolutely stunning. 🤩

🖤 Now THIS is a window🖤

All black uPVC flush casement with an astragal bar, in our opinion, one of the best looking window styles out there.

✨ Flush, premium finish
🏡 Traditional character with a modern feel
🔒 Secure & energy efficient
🧼 Low maintenance
🖤 Timeless all black finish

The astragal bar adds that authentic traditional look, making this style perfect for period properties or anyone wanting a little more character.
Modern performance. Traditional looks. 👌
