🔨 Bespoke Bedroom Furniture & Clever Storage Solutions

A recent project where we were asked to transform multiple bedrooms, creating bespoke furniture and making the most of the space available.

The brief was to provide practical storage while also creating dedicated areas for getting ready, working, gaming and relaxing — all designed specifically around the rooms and the clients’ requirements.

The project included:

▪️ Full-height bespoke wardrobes with hanging space, shelving and multiple deep drawers for organised clothing storage.

▪️ Bespoke dressing table / vanity unit with generous drawer storage, creating a dedicated space for getting ready while making full use of the available alcove.

▪️ Bespoke loft bed, designed and built specifically for the room with an integrated ladder.

▪️ Under-bed desk, storage & gaming station — making clever use of the space underneath the bed to create a dedicated gaming/work area, with cupboards and storage built around the desk.

▪️ Bespoke under-stairs storage with a combination of cupboards and deep drawers, carefully designed around the sloping ceiling to maximise every inch of usable space.

▪️ Made-to-measure construction throughout, with each element individually designed and manufactured to suit the existing rooms.

The aim throughout was simple — make the space work harder without compromising on how it looks or how the rooms can be used.

Another project showing what can be achieved when furniture is designed around the space rather than trying to make the space fit standard furniture. 🔨

🎮 Bespoke Built-In Storage & Hidden TV

A recent bespoke built-in storage project designed around the clients’ hobbies and the way they use the room.

The clients are big gamers and also love building and displaying LEGO, but they hated the look of having two TVs on show and the room feeling untidy and cluttered.

We put forward a bespoke design to make the most of the existing alcove, incorporating storage cupboards, adjustable shelving for their LEGO displays and a hidden TV behind shaker-style doors.

The finished unit includes:

• Bespoke built-in storage and bookcase
• Hidden TV behind shaker-style doors
• 18mm moisture-resistant MDF construction
• Shaker doors fitted with soft-close concealed hinges
• Adjustable shelving to either side, perfect for displaying LEGO
• Skirting matched to the existing room
• Coving added to the top for a seamless built-in look
• Fully finished with 2 coats of Caparol Haftprimer
• Finished with 3 top coats of Caparol Capaflow Satin

The result is a much cleaner and more organised space, while still giving the clients plenty of room to display their LEGO collection and enjoy their gaming setup. 🎮🧱📺
