Another good week of progress! 🧱🔨

The larch cladding is looking 👌, and we’ve been busy getting the stonework up on the retaining walls.

Plenty of cutting, plenty of pointing, and roughly 47,000 trips back and forth to the mixer 😂🪨

Really pleased with how the stonework has turned out, especially with the stepped wall following the ground levels. It’s all starting to come together now and actually look like the finished job we had in our heads at the start! 🙌

Still plenty to do… but we’re definitely getting there! 💪🏠

Roof finished just in time for the Pembrokeshire weather to remember it’s nearly September! 😂🌧️

Slates on, Veluxes in and ridge finished — she’s finally watertight. 🏠🔨

Couldn’t have timed that much better! 👌

It’s finally starting to look less like a pile of blocks and more like a house! 😂🏠

Great progress on site this week — roof timbers going on and the finish line is slowly coming into sight. 🔨🪚

Not a bad office either… 🌊☀️

Making the most of the sunshine down in Nolton Haven while it lasts! ☀️😎

The blockwork is up, and we’re now ready for the steel ridge beam and the roof to go on. It’s always great seeing a project really start to take shape.

Fingers crossed the Welsh weather keeps playing ball for a little while longer! 🌤️🔨

One of the most challenging jobs, we’ve ever had to do! 🤯 Hopefully a little more straight forward now. 🧱⚒️🏠
