While we’re based in the South East of England, we’re opening a new office to further expand our reach, especially across Wales—a place that’s not just inspired our work, but has been a home to us. Richard lived and worked in Wales for several years, and it’s where he really fell in love with the country's incredible landscapes, its rich cultural heritage, and, most importantly, the warmth of the people. Richard’s journey in architecture began over 20 years ago, and his time spent living and working in Wales was a defining part of his career. During those years, he had the opportunity to immerse himself in the local culture, work with diverse communities, and understand how design can truly harmonise with the environment. It was in Wales that his passion for creating beautiful, practical spaces truly blossomed. At Archetype Central, we carry this deep love for Wales with us in every project we take on. We’re not just about designing buildings—we’re about creating spaces that feel like home, spaces that are shaped by the land, the culture, and the people around us.
